Christmas Letter
Dear Santa Clause,
My name is Alyanna and I am 10 years old.
I have been really good because I helped my parents take care of my baby brother.
This year I want 3 cute stuffed toys one of them is a puppy, cat and reindeer but I would love the reindeer more.
I watch a lot of Christmas movies and my two favorites is home alone Christmas and Efl.
I hope you have a good trip going back to the north pole after Christmas and please say hi to Mrs Clause for me.

Snowman love story
“Tap, tap”
Two snowmen were made by two little girls.
The snowmens are in love!
After one night the snowmen had left with no trace and the female snowmen was very sad.
One of the little girls opened the blinds and saw there was only one snowmen!
It turns out he has left but does he have a reason?
He walked on a snowy path and saw snow on hills that were bound to fall.
Then the snowman was in the middle of a sheep farm!, he was scared.
After walking not knowing what direction he was going, he stumbled upon a forest. Later he was in a strong blizzard, he was decisive to get what he wanted for someone or himself.
Suddenly he got wet from a river nearby, he looked sad!, but a bird helped him cheer up now he was determined.
He climbed mountains and looked at amazing views but the most beautiful view of all, of the day is the night in the city.
He came back the next day and brought the female snowmen a new scarf, hat and gloves.

Electricity is dangerous if the wire is out!
Light bulbs need electricity.
Electricity is being used everyday and every time.
Chargers need electricity to work!
Transformers is visible almost everywhere.
Red, green and orange traffic lights need electricity to work!
I know that electricity is bad to play with!
Circuits help electricity move from one place to another.
Internet need electricity!
Turn off all gadgets that is plugged in to walls.

How to save electricity!
“Flick,flick”
Look guys the light is flicking.
The light is about to turn off and it is broken, that means we will have to replace which causes a lot of money.
Actually electricity is super expensive because we use it everyday and every time.
Today I will be telling you how to save electricity. When you are going somewhere make sure to turn off your lights,TV and power plugs.
Taking a shower can cause electricity too so make sure you have shorter showers.
Chargers are super useful but it also causes lots of money because of the electricity it uses.
Use solar panels to get energy from the sun, the sun also makes the electricity but for free.
Make sure you don’t plug too much chargers in one extension.
Well, I hope you enjoyed learning about electricity and I also hope you learned a lot about saving electricity!

Electricity
In the morning I unplug my netbook and tablet. I go to the bathroom and turn on the lights then I take a quick shower and brush my teeth.
I turn on the lights as I go downstairs. I go to the fridge to get some milk for my cereal.
After eating I go and watch some TV while playing hockey table with my baby brother.
At school the lights turn on as I arrived.
In school I publish my learning on my chromebook and suddenly get called by the speaker saying “kiwican jam practice”.
At kiwican jam…
In kiwican jam we turn on speakers to hear the song we are dancing to.
The speakers were hooked to lots of wires.
After school…
I go home and get some snacks from the fridge then I watch some TV.
At night I go and brush my teeth getting ready for bed then I charge my electronics.
I turn off the lights and go to sleep.

Holiday Recount
“Laughter in the distance”.
On a fine Saturday morning, I saw my baby brother in my room “MAKING A MESS”, my baby brother saw me woke up and said “Good morning” in a cute adorable voice, so I couldn’t get angry instead I cleaned the mess and gave him a piggyback downstairs.
“Hmmmm…” I went to the garage and saw my mom cooking breakfast and my sister helping my mom.
I took my baby brother to the lounge to watch some Netflix, we watched Creep Out.
After a while…
My mom called us all for breakfast. It was super good.
After breakfast we planned to go to the basin but it kept raining so we decided when the rain stopped we would just go to the park.
When the rain stopped my mom, baby brother, sister and I decided to have a race, My mom and baby brother is going to race in our car while me and my sister race the car to the park.
My sister and I won going to the park but my mom and my baby brother won going back.
It was a fun and tiring day, I wouldn’t want that day to end.
Me and my sister got a good exercise, I loved racing with my mom, baby brother and sister.

Weekend Fun
“Hi, do you remember what you did on the holidays or on the weekends, well if you do or do not remember. You will surely remember your recount after I tell my recount”.
It all started on Saturday 21st of September, my mom woke me and my sister up unexpectedly, she told us to get ready and eat breakfast.
After eating breakfast and changing we got to the car and dad drove to Dressmart. My family and I went to Kids Cotton On and my mom picked out some really cool clothes, (“okay, pause so you might be wondering what was happening?, well we were picking out new clothes for the school holidays because we are going to the Philippines my country to visit my cousin, my dad’s dad, my abuelo (grandfather), my dad’s mom my abuela (grandmother) and my mom’s mom my other abuela (grandmother), so yeah”).
I really liked the tiger skirt and the red and blue top, when we finished shopping we went to West field to get my mom some clothes, we picked three tops and three pants, it looked really good on her.
It was night time and we were driving home.
When we got home we ate and went to the lounge to try out the new clothes.
It was such a fun day and a little exhausting but mostly fun because my family and I got to spend lots of time together.
